Reports overview

The Reports page provides the ability to pull progress information for your students. You can run an Assignments Completed Report and a Report Card.

Monarch is a web application that can be used on a browser on any device. To account for the smaller screen real estate on mobile devices, Monarch's menus are tucked away so that you can more easily view what's currently on your screen. Accessing reports

  1. If you are on a mobile device, click the hamburger menu at top left to display the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Reports.

  3. From the top navigation, select a student.

  4. You can now choose to create an Assignments Completed Report or a Report Card.

Running reports

The Assignments Completed Report shows a listing of assignments completed during a specific period of time. 

  1. On the Assignments Completed Report page, select a school year, a start date, and an end date. Then, the Run Report button becomes clickable and you can click Run Report.

Report Card

The Report Card shows cumulative grades for all courses within the selected school year. 

  1. On the Report Card page, select a school year. Then, the Run Report button becomes clickable and you can click Run Report.

Printing reports

  1. After you review the contents of the report, you can close out of the report to return to the Reports page. You can print the report to your printer or as a PDF.

  2. To print to PDF, when the Print window displays, select Print to PDF.
